Job summary

Roseville Care Center in Roseville, CA is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing operations during PM and NOC shifts. Starting pay is $50.00/hour DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time staff.

You will supervise staff, administer medications, coordinate admissions and discharges, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care. A CA RN license and CPR certification are required, with 2+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing operations during your assigned shift.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to LVNs and CNAs.
• Deliver resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting.
• Participate in care planning, QA, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Assist with staff education and mentoring.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents and staff.

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Current, active, and unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR Certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for serving seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect
