Birmingham Green in Manassas, Virginia, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caregiving team. You will order and dispense medications, perform admissions, and document care using PCC, while guiding a CNA/Med Aide and ensuring resident safety.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, an active RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and weekend availability. We offer comprehensive benefits, flexible PTO, holiday pay, and a weekend differential to reward weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order and dispense medications according to physician’s orders
• Carry out admissions and readmissions
• Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc., as established by the facility
• Direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aide
• Must be able to lift without restrictions
• Will also perform other duties as assigned

  various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc., as established by the facility
• Direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aide
• Must be able to lift without restrictions
• Will also perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills/Education

Required:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Current license to work as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current Adult CPR and First Aid certification
• Able to work weekends

Preferred:

• One year experience
• Exposure to the senior population
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Desire to serve and care for the senior population
