Job summary

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day/night shift (36 hours per week) in the Nursing Department. A $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus is offered, with a positive culture that promotes work-life balance and a mission to provide compassionate, excellent care.

Requirements include Iowa RN licensure (or multi-state licensure), ACLS/BLS a plus, Mandatory Reporter training, and OB or Med-Surg experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required in Iowa or multi-state licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are a plus; certifications required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality direct care to inpatients and ED patients.
• Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00am - 7:00pm, 7:00pm - 7:00am).
• Every third weekend, every third holiday and occasional call.
