Job summary

Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg, MD, seeks a full-time RN for the evening shift (3p–11p) with rotating weekends. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits within a supportive, people-first culture.

You will provide individualized resident care, transcribe orders, lead CNAs and LPNs, complete admissions paperwork, and administer medications as needed. Maryland RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing
• Maryland RN license
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents.
• Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete.
• Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
• Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures that all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations are practiced.
• Completes all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
