Job summary

Hunterdon Health in Flemington, NJ is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse for the 2 Central Behav Hlth unit. You will provide quality nursing care using the nursing process, coordinate total patient care and advocate for patients while maintaining safety and documentation.

The role requires a BSN or an Associate/Diploma with BSN enrollment, NJ RN licensure, and CPR certification. Acute psychiatric experience is preferred; weekend evening/nights shifts offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NJ required.
• BSN degree or enrollment in BSN program within 5 years of hire.
• Experience in acute psychiatric care preferred.
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Required:

All hires after July 2012 are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR if Associates Degree or Diploma, RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program prior to hire, be continuously enrolled and complete within 5 years of hire date or internal RN promotion date.

Associates Degree AND 2 years of experience in the specialty area will be accepted in lieu of BSN.
