HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work alongside the Registered Nurse, performing assessments, assist with procedures, monitor and report changes.
Under RN supervision, the LPN delivers quality nursing care within the framework of Shared Governance and may function as a PCA as needed. The position is part-time with days/evenings and weekends, including Sundays to Saturdays with rotating holidays.

The LPN works in tandem with the Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN can assist with ongoing assessments, perform interventions, prepare for procedures, monitor, observe, and report changes or findings to the RN. Under the supervision of the RN, the LPN provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence-based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance. He/she functions as a PCA as needed.

● Normal knowledge of basic patient care equipment, wheelchairs, and stretchers.
● Good interpersonal and communication skills.
● Must pass annual clinical competency based program and mandated in-service education
