Job summary

Avir Trilogy in Texas is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead and supervise our nursing team on your assigned unit, delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care. You will oversee daily operations, monitor residents and treatments, and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Experience leading nursing staff preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm under pressure.
