Job summary

Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

As an RN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs/LPNs, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure coordinated care while adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• CPR certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes in clinical records.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families for coordinated care.
