• Patient, empathetic, and genuinely cares for elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other measurements as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, including transferring and repositioning residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Support residents' emotional and social needs by building positive, respectful relationships.
• Ensure proper documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy guidelines at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
