Job summary

Regency Oaks is seeking a dedicated RN for Skilled Nursing to provide compassionate care to residents in a 24/7 senior living environment. This part-time night shift (11pm–7am) offers opportunities to support daily living activities, monitor health changes, and coordinate with a caring team to update personalized care plans.

Position: RN – Skilled Nursing

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

What You’ll Need:

• A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
• A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
