Job summary

Regency Oaks in Clearwater, FL is seeking an RN for a night-shift, part-time position to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting. You will monitor residents, update care plans, supervise CNAs, and communicate with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.

Position: RN - Skilled Nursing

• Available Shifts: 11pm-7am (Part-time)
• Experienced based compensation

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

What You'll Need

• A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
