Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care per care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and assign nursing duties based on staff competencies and resident needs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and onboarding for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties to support facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with individualized care plans and state regulations

• Coordinate and assign nursing duties based on staff competencies and resident needs

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff, including onboarding and ongoing education

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (physicians, therapists, social services, etc.) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all facility policies and regulatory requirements

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations
