Job summary

Prince George’s County Government’s Police Department seeks an entry-level RMS Administrator/UCR Analyst to design, develop and implement automated systems. You’ll work under supervision to satisfy user needs and may be promoted after probation.

Responsibilities include maintaining the PremierOne RDW, managing SSRS reporting, teaching UCR and RMS courses, and collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or business administration or equivalent
• Six months or more experience in data processing or related work
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists personnel with computer software trouble‑shooting requests.
• Grants system access to new users after RMS training.
• Prepares and manages automated subscriptions and reports for PGPD stakeholders.
• Maintains operational knowledge of PremierOne software and related hardware.
• Maintains SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) RDW and supports end users.
