Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Operations Program Manager for our Orlando, FL area to own program cost, schedule, and quality across SEMS and MIC2 lines. You will drive budgets, schedules, and IPT coordination while delivering on-time production and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum project management experience required.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of EVMS practices and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office; capable of metric creation.
• Ability to coordinate, lead and execute daily priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up budgets (labor/material) and manage earned value.
• Lead proposals, including BOEs and basis of estimates.
• Oversee new program launches and material delivery.
• Lead IPT to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery.
• Analyze and update program schedules.
