Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Lead Cost Account Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and performance for programs valued from $50M to $750M. You will collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Scheduling, and engineering to maintain CAPs, EACs, and forecasts, ensuring EVMS compliance.

The CAM will lead monthly EVMS reporting, manage risk, and drive corrective actions, with experience in Cobra, Open Plan, Primavera P6, SAP, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with EVMS, cost variance analysis, and EAC development.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance for assigned control accounts across one or more programs.
• Develop, maintain CAPs, budgets, EACs, and forecast data aligned to objectives.
• Lead EVMS reporting, status collection, variance analysis, EAC development, and CPRs.
• Monitor labor, material, subcontract, and other direct cost performance against plan.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and manage program risks and opportunities.
• Support change management activities and baseline changes approvals.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS guidelines and DCMA-surveilled requirements.
• Communicate program status clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
