Job summary

Sigma Allied Services is seeking an experienced RMS Developer Implementation to lead Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS projects remotely. You will implement, customize, and support RMS/MFCS modules, ReSA, ReIM, RPCS, and related merchandising data processes.

You will own requirement gathering, design, development, testing, cutover activities, and integrations via REST APIs, RIB, BDI, and file-based interfaces, while coordinating with Oracle Support and monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RMS/MFCS implementation and support experience.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills with data analysis and merchandising data modeling.
• Experience with RMS/MFCS modules: RMS/MFCS, ReSA, ReIM, RPCS, Allocation, Trade Management.
• Experience in integrations using RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• SIT/UAT, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare support appreciable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and support integrations using RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Configure and support Retail Home, application parameters, code tables, and business configurations.
• Data migration, data conversion, DMM, mass uploads, and reconciliation activities.
• Triage and resolve production issues end-to-end; coordinate with Oracle Support.

• Relative Exp 810 Years
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Retail RMS/MFCS implementation, development, and support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, data analysis, and Merchandising data model.
• Experience in Oracle Retail modules including RMS/MFCS, ReSA, ReIM, Pricing (RPCS), Allocation, and Trade Management.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and support integrations using RIB, BDI, RICS/ROIC, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Configure and support Retail Home, application parameters, code tables, and business configurations.
• Experience in data migration, data conversion, DMM, mass uploads, and reconciliation activities.
• Hands-on experience with POM batch scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support environment provisioning, refreshes, release upgrades, and cutover activities.
• Manage user provisioning, role mapping, and access control using OCI IAM/IDCS.
• Support SFTP, OCI Object Storage, and inbound/outbound interface processing.
• Troubleshoot application, batch, integration, and production support issues end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support, manage SRs, and drive issue resolution to closure.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, performance testing, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes including Item, Supplier, PO, Receiving, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, and Stock Ledger.
• Exposure to Xstore, ORCE, SIOCS/EICS, Shell Scripting, Python, Postman, Agile/Scrum, and Oracle Retail Cloud implementations is preferred
