Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. seeks a senior Oracle Retail specialist to lead design and delivery of MFCS-based solutions for merchandising workloads. You will work across business and IT teams to interpret requirements and shape technical designs, then guide development and deployment to production.

The role demands hands-on expertise with MFCS components, Oracle PL/SQL, APEX, REST, and integration patterns, plus a track record of end-to-end MFCS implementations and AI-assisted tooling adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Oracle Retail Merchandising apps (MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).
• End-to-end MFCS implementation experience mandatory.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs and drive them through.
• Hands-on AI-assisted development tools and practices are mandatory.
• Strong PL/SQL, Unix Shell, Oracle APEX, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB, JSON/XML, OIC.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams to validate requirements and designs.

Job description

.Minimum 8+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.

2.Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.

3.Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.

4.Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.

5.Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs,Kafka,Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Inegration cloud)

6.Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
