Job summary

Team Geek Solutions seeks a MFCS Development Consultant with deep Oracle Retail MFCS experience for remote engagement. 5+ years of domain delivery is required, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM implementations.

Ideal candidates will translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, drive development and deployment, and apply AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MFCS implementations.
• End-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation experience mandatory.
• Translate business needs into designs and drive deployment.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Strong Oracle tech stack: PL/SQL, Unix scripts, REST, JSON/XML, Kafka, OIC.

Responsibilities

• Implement, develop, and enhance Oracle Retail MFCS applications.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams to validate requirements and designs.
• Leverage AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery.

Job description

Title: MFCS Development Consultant

Location: Remote

Exp:5 years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs,Kafka,Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Inegration cloud)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
