Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States seeks an Oracle RMS QA Lead to own end-to-end testing for RMS 16.x modules (Item and Supplier) and to establish automation frameworks. The role requires strong testing leadership and hands-on experience with Oracle RMS.

The candidate will lead manual/functional testing, drive test scripts, leverage Jira/QMetry, and collaborate with merchandising and supply chain stakeholders to ensure quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Oracle RMS 16.x or higher experience.
• Jira and QMetry usage.
• Automation experience with Selenium and Karate Framework.
• Test Case and Test Scenario definition.
• PL/SQL knowledge.
• Oracle RMS Item/Supplier Module expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manual / Functional Testing: Lead end-to-end, SIT and module testing for Oracle RMS 16.x modules, specifically Item and Supplier.
• Automation testing: Setup the Automation framework, test scripts and data and manage automation testing of UI related functionalities.
• Merchandising domain expertise: Apply strong functional knowledge of retail merchandising processes implemented in RMS.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce testing best practices.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with Functional Analysts and Business Stakeholders to ensure test coverage, evidences, and defect resolution.
• Documentation & governance: Ensure all testing deliverables are well-documented.

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
