Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support DoD and IC programs. You will contribute to the information assurance program and enforce security policies while helping propose, coordinate, and implement information security solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in information security, RMF, and SSP documentation, with a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph as a requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of total information security experience.
• Minimum 7 years as ISSO supporting IC/DoD programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor of Science in CS/IA/InfoSec or related discipline.
• Experience supporting over 30 SSPs.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM Level II or IAT Level III (CASP, CISSP, or Associate).
• Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed.
• Assists with the management of security aspects of the information system and performs day-to-day security operations of the system.
• Evaluates security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.
• Performs vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation.
• Provides configuration management for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Manages changes to system and assesses the security impact of those changes.
• Prepares and reviews documentation to include SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Assists security authorization activities in compliance with NISCAP and RMF.
