Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Cyber Intelligence (ISSO) to support the cybersecurity posture of assigned information systems.

You will work with system admins, engineers, and the ISSM to implement RMF controls and maintain accreditation and continuous monitoring. Responsibilities include developing RMF artifacts, performing vulnerability management, security incident support, and maintaining required cybersecurity documentation while ensuring compliance with DoD standards

Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with RMF/Assessment and Authorization (A&A) safeguards.
• Current DoD IAM Level I/IAT Level 2 Certification (e.g., Security+).

Responsibilities

• Support RMF package development including SSP, SCTM, and POA&M.
• Analyze and administer security controls for information systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and ISSM to secure systems.
• Support IA compliance through self-inspections and tests.
• Review audit data for anomalies and security incidents.
• Document and review security workflows to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Deliver cybersecurity trainings and briefings for various levels.
