Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer - ISSO to support the Air Force’s MAF DMO program. You will work with the Cybersecurity Team Lead and ISSM to apply RMF, ensure DoD policy compliance, and maintain accreditation through hands-on RMF deliverables and vulnerability remediation.

The position is on-site only, and requires a DoD Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and experience with Nessus/ACAS, Splunk, and RMF processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years with Masters; or High School Diploma with 6 years relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+, CCNA Security, GSEC).
• U.S. citizenship and a current or active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSO for MAF DMO networks and support all RMF phases.
• Lead risk management strategy, training, and security control implementation.
• Coordinate vulnerability scans, assess results, and coordinate patching.
• Ensure compliance with DoD RMF and accrediation documentation.
