STEELGATE LLC in Quantico, VA seeks an experienced RMF/ATO Analyst to support cybersecurity authorization, compliance, and continuous monitoring for DoD information systems. You will develop and maintain RMF documentation, coordinate with ISSOs/ISSMs, system owners, and engineering teams to ensure ongoing authorization and compliance throughout the system lifecycle.

Must have 5–8+ years of cybersecurity or RMF experience and an active DoD Secret clearance; bachelor’s in a related field.

Competenze

5–8+ years of cybersecurity, RMF/ATO, or security-compliance experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
Hands-on RMF/ATO documentation and artifact development.
Familiar with DoD RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and STIGs.

Mansioni

Support RMF/DoD RMF implementation for assigned DoD information systems.
Develop, maintain, and review RMF and cybersecurity authorization documentation.
Prepare and maintain ATO packages through the authorization lifecycle.
Maintain RMF artifacts in eMASS and coordinate with ISSOs/ISSMs and system owners.
Track POA&Ms, coordinate remediation evidence, and support authorization decisions.
Assist with RMF control assessments, security reviews, and continuous monitoring.
