Job summary

SteelGate LLC seeks an experienced RMF/ATO Analyst to support DoD cybersecurity authorization and continuous monitoring for government systems in Quantico, VA. You will develop, maintain, and review RMF documentation and authorization packages, ensuring compliance across the system lifecycle.

The role requires 5-8+ years in cybersecurity, active DoD Secret clearance, and hands-on RMF experience with eMASS, NIST controls, and POA&M management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 5-8+ years in cybersecurity, RMF/ATO.
• Experience with RMF documentation and eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF implementation and DoD RMF for information systems.
• Develop and maintain RMF/ATO documentation and artifacts.
• Maintain eMASS records and authorization packages.
• Coordinate with ISSOs/ISSMs, system owners, and engineers.
• Track POA&Ms, deficiencies, and remediation evidence.
• Support continuous monitoring and reauthorization activities.
