Job summary

RB Continuum, Inc is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support RMF, authorization, compliance, and security engineering activities for DoD-linked medical logistics systems. This onsite Philadelphia role requires coordinating with ISSOs, developers, and system admins to strengthen enterprise security posture.

The ideal candidate will hold a DoD Secret clearance, have 7+ years in cybersecurity/IT, and experience with RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, and security controls.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant cybersecurity or information technology experience.
• Experience supporting RMF activities.
• Experience supporting ATO documentation and authorization efforts.
• Experience supporting vulnerability management and cybersecurity compliance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Ability to maintain Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF implementation and compliance activities.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation supporting authorization efforts.
• Support Authority to Operate (ATO) activities and authorization packages.
• Support vulnerability assessments, remediation efforts, and POA&M tracking.
• Analyze and implement security controls.
• Support cybersecurity audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, ISSMs, developers, and system administrators.
• Support cybersecurity engineering throughout the system lifecycle.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into enterprise systems.
