Why Work Here?

You will join a large-scale, innovation-focused organization that invests heavily in advanced automation, high-speed robotics, and the development of technical talent. The company offers formal training on high-speed automation and robotic equipment, providing a clear path to build and deepen your technical expertise. Career growth is a strong focus, with many employees earning promotions within their first year and opportunities to move across a nationwide network of more than a thousand facilities, including travel and relocation possibilities. The culture values performance, continuous improvement, and learning, while providing structured support, training resources, and a transparent, data-driven environment where expectations are clear and achievements are recognized.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large, highly automated distribution facility that uses high-speed conveyor systems, advanced robotics, and sophisticated control systems to support operations. Technicians work around complex material handling equipment and robotic components, frequently interacting with PLC-based controls, industrial automation hardware, and CMMS tools. The environment is performance-driven and data-informed, with systems in place to track maintenance activities and outcomes; performance is monitored through metrics rather than micromanagement. The work is physically active and involves substantial walking—approximately 10,000 steps per day—and the ability to lift up to about 49 pounds as needed. Technicians must be comfortable working any 10-hour shift, with positions available across various shifts, and must remain flexible to meet operational demands in a dynamic, fast-paced facility.
