Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance and reliability of automated production and material handling equipment in Arlington, WA. The role requires mechanical, electrical, PLC, and robotics experience and offers a contract-to-hire path with first or third shift flexibility.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, motors, sensors, and controls, using CMMS to document activities.

Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance and reliability of automated production and material handling equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical, electrical, PLC, and robotics experience who enjoy troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
• Diagnose issues with conveyor systems, motors, controls, and robotics
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Utilize CMMS systems to track maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OEM and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment

2+ years of experience in:

• Industrial maintenance
• Mechanical or electrical trades
• PLC-controlled systems

Experience with:

• Conveyors and material handling equipment
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Motors, sensors, and controls

• Experience with robotics operation and maintenance
