Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an Area Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our ready-mix concrete locations in Alabama. You will drive safety, ensure reliable performance, and mentor plant teams.

This role partners with sales, dispatch, and leadership to deliver service and cost efficiency, while monitoring budgets and KPIs. Travel to sites is expected as part of a hands-on, field-facing leadership role.
