Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southeast Agg LLC is seeking a Plant Manager III to lead our Rocky Mount facility. You will steer safety, production, quality, and financial results, while optimizing processes and equipment utilization.

Develop and coach diverse teams to sustain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to analyze performance data to drive sound business decisions.
