Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process of buying and selling residential mortgage loans.
• Participate in trade negotiations and advise on terms.
• Prepare, review and approve trade docs and confirmations.
• Ensure collateral requirements are met prior to settlement.
• Maintain regulatory compliance records and letters.
• Coordinate workflow with third-party vendors.
• Interact daily with traders, clients, sales, due diligence, attorneys, custodians and servicers.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
