Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong quantitative and analytical skills.

• Ability to translate market data into actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship-building skills and ability to interact with external counterparties.
• Desire to develop expertise in residential mortgages and securitized products.

Responsibilities

• Drive collateral sourcing and market engagement with investors, lenders, and internal partners.
• Analyze collateral attributes, cash flows, and structural features to inform pricing and risk transfer.
• Develop and communicate relative value views and actionable trade ideas.
• Support RMBS securitizations and related capital markets transactions.
• Monitor pipeline, inventory, hedging, and desk performance; identify key drivers and risks.
• Prepare and present materials on performance, strategy, and market opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Build analytical frameworks and tools to improve decision-making and scalability.
