Qualifications

• Virginia RMA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents/patients accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Monitor residents/patients for adverse reactions or side effects and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with providing Resident Care
• Assist with medication inventory management and storage according to facility guidelines.
• Follow all state and federal regulations regarding medication administration.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and competency evaluations as required.
