Job summary

Musco, based in Oskaloosa, IA, seeks an RMA Operations Specialist to support remanufactured products through checking in, inspecting, packing, and shipping across multiple stations. You will help maintain inventory, ensure quality and safety, and assist in achieving Product Reliability and Warranty goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes following standard procedures, collaborating with teams, and handling documentation and basic test activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and written work instructions.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Capability to multi-task in a high pace environment.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and/or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and collaboration with various teams to ensure RMAs are managed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and check-in inbound RMA products into the RMA systems.
• Inspect and sort returned units for further processing.
• Assist in moving work-in-progress and production materials to various testing, rework, and repair stations.
• Perform order picking, filling, and packaging service orders for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and shipment of all outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and timeliness.
• Collect repair data and help maintain RMA repair database.
• Operate hand tools and simple test equipment to test incoming product.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
