• Strong relationship-building with law schools, bar associations, and professional groups.
• Ability to develop and manage talent pipelines end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for attorneys and RJI-funded roles.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies for limited candidate pools.
• Identify and engage prospective candidates and build pipelines.
• Maintain relationships with law schools, bar associations, and professional organizations.
• Manage recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, communications, reference checks, and background screening.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on timelines and selection criteria.
• Represent DRTx at career fairs and events.
• Track recruitment activity and use data to improve strategies.
• Support documentation for grant-funded positions.
• Collaborate with HR to improve processes and employer visibility.
