Zusammenfassung

Disability Rights Texas (DRTx) is seeking an RJI Advocate Supervisor to oversee RJI Advocates across regions and ensure high-quality civil legal services for low-income Texans with disabilities. The role collaborates with attorneys to supervise casework, monitor performance, and advance project objectives of the Rural Justice Initiative.

The position may involve traveling to delivery sites, trainings, and community events, with supervision duties balanced against the need to maintain advocacy

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum five years of relevant legal experience.
Minimum four years' experience with persons with disabilities.
Minimum two years' experience in case management.

Aufgaben

Provide supervision, mentoring and training to RJI advocates.
Coordinate with RJI attorneys on advocate assignments.
Monitor advocate workloads across regions and issues.
Ensure proper case records, investigations and documentation.
Travel as needed to provide case services and supervision.
Develop and implement case strategies with attorneys.
