Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for attorneys and RJI-funded roles.
• Create innovative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill positions and regions.
• Build sustainable pipelines with law schools, bar associations, and public-interest networks.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Screen candidates, arrange interviews, conduct reference and background checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define timelines, candidate profiles, and selection methods.
• Represent DRTx at career fairs, law school programs, and community events.
• Track recruitment activity and outcomes; analyze data to improve strategies.
• Ensure documentation for RJI grant-funded roles and align with program requirements.
