100Hires, Inc. is hiring for an injection molding technologist at our North Aurora, IL facility. You will troubleshoot at the press, stabilize processes, and apply Scientific Molding principles to guide real-time decisions to keep production on pace.

We have openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Prior hands-on experience with injection molding and familiarity with RJG methodologies will help you succeed in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience specific to injection molding.
• Fluency in Scientific Molding to guide real-time decisions.
• RJG II training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize processes, reduce variation, and keep production on pace through practical, at-the-press problem solving informed by data and Scientific Molding best practices.
