Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down molding machines; verify auxiliaries (water systems, material feeds, heaters, robots).
• Troubleshoot and refine molding processes to improve yields and stability.
• Reduce delays tied to die/mold changes and process setups.
• Document every process tweak and adjustment with precision.
• Develop and update process sheets and parameters for new program introductions.
• Configure, debug, and optimize end-of-arm tooling to enhance throughput and quality.
• Handle hazardous waste in a safe, compliant manner.
• Engage in CI and problem-solving initiatives across shifts.
• Act as an authorized member of the facility spill response team.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental standards.
