Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting degree preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Acrobat, and QuickBooks.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Receive invoices, assign GL codes, obtain approvals before entry into the accounting system.
• Document receipts, purchase requisitions, and check requests with CFO oversight.
• Process weekly petty cash EFT expenses and reconcile purchases.
• Prepare and mail checks; maintain the filing system and registry.
• Review Accounts Payables and ensure accuracy across funding sources.
