Job summary

Ingram Marine Group is seeking entry-level and experienced deckhands to join our fleet, serving inland waterways and supporting towing operations. You may be assigned to various river segments based on company needs. You must have reliable transportation to hitch locations and obtain a TWIC card before orientation.

Responsibilities include deck crew support, vessel housekeeping, safety drills, and performing related duties as required. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English to meet USCG requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 110 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Must obtain a TWIC card before orientation and pass a post-offer process.

Responsibilities

• Assist deck crew in tow building and rigging operations.
• Daily vessel housekeeping and equipment checks.
• Support engineer and participate in safety drills and audits.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
