Job summary

Qualifications
- For Associate degree holders, 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with IT systems administration or related initiatives (desired)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Bachelor’s degree in related field desired
- Experience liaising and cross-functional projects (desired)
- Experience with Origami and Salesforce (desired)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions
- Design, develop, test and deploy applications, integrations and enhancements for Risk systems
