Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience conducting market research, project management, and/or competitive intelligence.
• Prior Property and Casualty insurance preferred.
• Strong research, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, organizational, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerApps proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects and pilots from strategy through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across underwriting, operations, IT, and vendors.
• Monitor project status using best practices to manage scope and resources.
• Communicate milestones and provide direction in regular stakeholder meetings.
• Motivate and lead project teams to meet objectives.
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable growth opportunities.
• Draft contracts with external partners for vendor engagement.
• Support staff with translating insights into action.
