You will develop frameworks for assessing risk and ROI, manage cross-functional teams, monitor program status, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant field.
• 5-8 years in market research, project management or competitive intelligence.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Strong research, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills to implement innovative solutions.
• Analytical, organizational, decision-making and project management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovation projects and pilots across business units.
• Direct cross-functional teams through project execution and learning.
• Monitor project status and manage resources and scope using best practices.
• Present findings and translate data insights into actions for stakeholders.
• Support staff with translating data into concrete initiatives.
• Collaborate with external partners and manage contracts for execution.
