This role owns outcomes at the domain level, including product-market fit, value narrative, and the integrity of what is sold and delivered. The candidate will drive domain strategy, pilots, and cross-segment design, maintaining consistency across segments while translating customer feedback into actionable product input.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare SaaS, clinical services, or health plan operations with domain accountability.
• Direct experience in a product/solutions/strategy role with domain accountability.
• Demonstrated ownership of a domain-level strategy or product area.

Responsibilities

• Define the domain roadmap with prioritized capabilities and investment rationale.
• Lead cross-segment pilots and ensure standardization of the domain layer.
• Own the domain value narrative and market intelligence including regulatory changes.
• Influence across Product, Technology, Sales, CS and Services without direct authority.
