Job summary

Vatica Health is seeking a Risk Solutions Director to serve as the authoritative expert on the Risk Adjustment domain across the company’s solution portfolio in the United States. The role combines deep domain knowledge with commercial focus and cross-functional influence to deliver outcomes, product-market fit, and a strong value narrative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare SaaS, clinical services, or health plan operations with deep Risk Adjustment expertise.
• Direct experience at a healthcare SaaS company in a product/solutions/strategy role with domain accountability.
• Demonstrated ownership of a domain-level strategy or product area with measurable outcomes.
• Commercial orientation and experience: has operated in or closely adjacent to revenue-generating functions and can build ROI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Domain Strategy & Portfolio Authority: drive the domain roadmap, define what good looks like, identify portfolio gaps, and own discovery from customer feedback.
• Cross-Segment Solution Design: run domain-level pilots, validate concepts, and maintain cross-segment consistency across solutions.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: own the domain value narrative and monitor regulatory changes, competitive moves, and buyer expectations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: influence Product, Technology, Sales, Customer Success, and Services on domain decisions; support growth with domain expertise.
