CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to guide enterprise risk adjustment analytics, transforming clinical, operational, and risk-adjustment data into actionable insights for executives.

You will lead data storytelling, advanced visualizations, and AI-driven reporting strategies while partnering with Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and Operations to drive performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or business intelligence experience.
2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
Advanced experience with programming languages (SQL, Python) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios, establish priorities, and maintain organization in developer code and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and reporting tools for markets, plans, and providers.
Develop provider performance analytics to drive gap closure and risk-adjustment outcomes.
Lead analytics modernization, AI adoption, automation, and self-service reporting across platforms.
Partner with Informatics, Data Engineering, and IT to build scalable analytics solutions.
Establish KPI definitions, governance, and an enterprise analytics framework.
Manage analytics delivery priorities and coordinate across reporting needs.
