Job summary

Intellectt INC is seeking a Risk Register Coordinator in Midland, TX to support field verification, risk-item closure, and equipment inspections. The role involves coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning teams to close PSV-related risk items and prepare MOC documentation.

The successful candidate will have a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience, strong Excel and coordination skills, and willingness to work onsite in Midland.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and schedules to close open Risk Register items.
• Conduct field visits in Midland to verify PSVs.
• Verify PSV tags, sizing, and equipment information.
• Develop replacement plans and coordinate PSV replacement activities.
• Prepare and coordinate MOC documentation.
• Perform field verification of infrastructure to support future production.
• Document field findings and provide updates to Engineering and Planning teams.
• Support Water Management and Pond Water Quality activities as needed.
• Maintain field data and upload monthly sampling information into the Excel database.
• Provide weekly updates to ProPetro regarding current and upcoming frac pads, including directions and coordinates.

Job Description:

Seeking a Risk Register Coordinator with technician-level field experience to support field verification, risk-item closure, mechanical equipment inspections, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Operations and Maintenance teams and knowledge of PSVs and industrial field equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop plans and schedules to close open Risk Register items.
• Conduct field visits in Midland to identify and verify installed Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs).
• Verify PSV tags, sizing, and equipment information and identify untagged or non-compliant PSVs.
• Develop replacement plans and coordinate PSV replacement activities with Operations and Maintenance.
• Prepare and coordinate MOC (Management of Change) documentation when required.
• Perform field verification of existing infrastructure to support future production plans.
• Document field findings and provide updates to Engineering and Planning teams.
• Support Water Management and Pond Water Quality activities as needed.
• Maintain field data and upload monthly sampling information into the Excel database.
• Provide weekly updates to ProPetro regarding current and upcoming frac pads, including physical directions and coordinates.

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technician, Field Engineer, or equivalent industrial field experience.
• Strong field verification/site inspection and mechanical equipment knowledge.
• Experience with PSVs, equipment tagging, inspection, or sizing is preferred.
• Understanding of Risk Register and MOC processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, organization, and Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning teams.
• Oil & Gas / Energy field experience strongly preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Midland, Texas.
