Job summary

Amazon is seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to help center risk and investigation initiatives within Relay Program Excellence. You will lead incident response, produce deep-dive analyses, and align cross-functional teams to deliver improvements across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Exposure to an investigations, trust & safety, fraud, compliance, or risk-operations domain (or supporting programs in one).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams in investigating, managing, and resolving high-impact incidents and escalations.
• Draft and present deep-dive reports
• Analyze existing policy and process gaps, developing and implementing solutions to close them.
• Manage and own projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including data analysis and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Communicate program status, delivery blockers, and updates to program managers and stakeholders through clear written summaries and data
• Help run the organization's operating rhythm - Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) - compiling inputs and maintaining data integrity across Risk program metrics, and support OP planning cycles
