Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Risk and Opportunity Manager for the Land Based Sensors family of radars. You will drive R&O activities with Program Managers and IPTs to improve contract performance and ensure schedule alignment.

The role emphasizes developing partnerships across functions, managing R&O processes, and preparing customer-facing reports. Domestic travel is expected, with a clear path for growth within program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop program‑level partnerships across IPTs, the Program Office, Finance, Planning, and supporting functions.
• Collaborate on Risk & Opportunity identification, assessment, and handling.
• Drive compliant R&O management and best practices.
• Facilitate Risk and Opportunity Management Boards (ROMBs) and workshops.
• Create and analyze R&O metrics.
• Document and drive R&O actions to closure with program teams.
• Ensure the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reflects R&O handling plans.
• Review and reconcile EAC R&O data with the program risk register.
• Support program start‑up activities for R&O management.
• Develop customer‑facing R&O reports (e.g., CDRLs).
• Expected to support domestic travel as needed.
