Job summary

WithCoverage in the United States is seeking a Business Operations Lead to redesign risk-management workflows. You will partner with executive leadership, Risk, and Product to shape how work flows, how teams are structured, and how performance is measured.

This is ownership from diagnosis through implementation, not just recommendations. You will build reporting and capacity-planning systems, define ownership models for critical workflows, and collaborate to roadmap automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy and operations roles (management consulting or early-stage ops).
• Strong structured problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• High agency; able to define path in ambiguous situations.
• Systems thinking with focus on workflows, data, and day-to-day execution.
• Willingness to build scalable, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end understanding of Risk operations from request to output.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Define metrics that reveal performance, capacity constraints, and breakdowns.
• Build reporting and capacity-planning systems for hiring and resource allocation.
• Design and continuously improve SOPs guiding the Risk team as the org and tech evolve.
• Determine ownership models for critical workflows and new role profiles.
• Partner with Product to translate pain points into a prioritized automation roadmap.
